Anyone know why this keeps interrupting me on Answerbank. I first thought it was a virus but seems it is a website to download (would not dream of doing it!) Anyone know what is actually is and does?

Hi Ann....Stafaband is a website which tells you of sites from where you can download for free, Music, Videos and Lyrics.

I think you are being very wise to stay away from it. No way would I download anything from it, or sites to which I could be directed. Who knows of what viruses one could encounter.
