Can anyone tell me how to empty the trash can and does it always have to be 'securely emptied'. I now have 63,567 things to get rid of and I cannot. I've Googled it and all sorts of suggestions. I went into the Apple shop today and asked a girl and I felt so stupid because on the machine she showed me there was just the 'empty' button. She must have thought I was stupid as well as I hadn't seen the button. I rushed home only to find that my button in the same place was ~ you've guessed it! Securely empty. I'm lost!!! Microsoft was so much more logical.
Many thanks in anticipation, Bramleyboy,
