Pistorius, Guilty Or Not Guilty?
47 Answers
Guilty or not guilty, so far? Personally I think he is nailed on guilty, from what i've seen and heard, quite a lot, i go with the prosecutions version of events on that terrible night, they had an argument, she wanted to leave, locked herself in the bathroom, he lost his temper, red mist came down and he shot her, i just cannot believe that she didn't say anything or make any sort of sound in his version of the story, it doesn't make sense.

Saying that his version of events sounds improbable and I don't think he said anything himself to help his case. From what I have seen and heard about him over the years it's going to take some spectacularly convincing defence witnesses to convince me he didn't kill her on purpose in a fit of rage.

We haven't heard the defence case,
We have heard lots from the defense case. From what I have watched, Barry Roux seems to be relying on the thesaurus method. If a prosecution witness said in their original statement that
" I heard a woman scream" Then in court said "I heard a woman shriek"
He thinks that discredits their evidence.
