Deleting \yahoo Mail Mesage

I have just started to an IPad - All well so far but how do I delete mail message from my Yahoo address? I can't find the appropriate button. I am sure many of you know.

Re you using the mail app or the yahoo app or are you using webmail?

If you are using the web you click in the box next to the message in the lefthand panel and the at the bottom of the left hand panel the bin icon will appear - click on it.

If you're using the app let me kno, I'll then install it and get back to you with instructions.

I am presuming that your yahoo email is the email address that you have assigned to your ipad. The mail icon will hold your incoming emails for a certain amount of days or how ever long you set it for. If you go into the 'settings' icon (on the home page) and on the left hand side you will find 'Mail,contacts,calendar' press that and set your email to what ever you wish. But you will need to access your email via 'safari' to housekeep your email account by deleting your emails there. The link should also be helpful.

Thank Tuvok. I did not find the tab you mentioned but looked around after your suggestion and found a tab ... Tapping on this gave a small men which included. 'More'. Selecting gave a small menu including 'delete ' Problems solved. Thanks
