Huddle Disconnected From Internet

Granddad G has been using the huddle and it is now saying 'you are offline' Wi-fi & mobile data are turned off Error code: ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED

I don't know how to reconnect it - my laptop is fine

Please can you help?

The Hudl has an airplane mode which switches off WiFi etc, has he accidentally switched that on from the shortcut menu http://ttselectrical.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3566/~/accessing-the-shortcut-menu

Excellent, as a bye-the-bye, airplane mode extends the amount of time between recharges if just watching a film or so on.
