My firm ware has updated today on my galaxy tab 10.1, is it possible to undo this move?

Can only suggest you look on their website, but I'd suspect whilst physically possible that the previous versions may not be made available nor the loading tools either.

I decided to do a factory reset which I was led to believe would put me back to the condition it was when purchased. This is not the case but thanks for your input
