Ruler In Word 2007

This is crazy, but I have 'lost' the top and side rulers in my Word 2007, and for the life of me I can't think how to recover! Help please!

Thanks Hans. I would not have thought of looking there! I thought it would be in Word Options but just couldn't see it.
