does anyone know if its possible to transfer my itunes folder(with all my songs downloaded onto it) from one computer onto another? if so, how?

yes, it is.

just copy it across as to a CD or DVD or something, like any other files and folders.

note: if you have downloaded any music from the itunes music store, you'll need to unlock it, using http://www.hymn-project.org/

But surely you wouldn't fit it on a cd or dvd - mine is about 7gigs.
