Keeping Monitor From Sleeping

I am using my spare laptop Windows 7, as a monitor for my outside security camera.

The problem I have is, the screen goes blank after a while so I have to keep moving the mouse or press enter to get the picture back. Thanks.

Go into the Windows 7 Power Options in the Control Panel and set the monitor to switch off Never, and also set the sleep options to Never.
