Samsung Galaxy Tab 3

I’m having problems with my Samsung Galaxy Tab3. It receives emails but will not send them. It keeps saying ‘sending failed’ and ‘error occurred on email server’. Can anyone suggest please where I might look to try and correct it?

The SMTP server settings appear to be incorrect. Which email service are you using? (i.e. what comes after the @ sign in your email address?)

check the port on your outgoing mail servers and see what port your email provider says you should be using, also check to make sure you have the same security descriptor as your email provider says is needed
