Accessing Picassa From An Iphone

i have got all my photos and videos on picassa on my computer,is there any way i can access these from my iphone as there is one video i want to put on you tube for the family to see. for some reason i cannot upload it from my p.c to youtube, (i've never tried untill yesterday). i followed every step on a you tube instructional video and it says video uploading, for several hours. i tried another video from my phone and it worked instantly. also i cannot email this file for some reason. any suggestions please in very simple terms.
