Removing Pop Up Ads

When I am on the Daily Mail website small pop up ads keep appearing, this has only just started today after I tried to install a programme then unistal it because it was causing problems, any ideas what I can do, thanks.

That sounds like you've picked up some malware.

Download, install and run the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:
https://www.malwarebytes.org/antimalware/
(NB: When installing, take great care to de-select the pre-ticked box offering you a free trial of the Premium version).

That will probably get rid of the pop-ups.
