Laptop Return - Any Other Things To Save?

I am returning a laptop to store tonight so i am currently resetting it to factory settings
it is being replaced with an identical model.

I have copied all my stuff - by copying the entire USERS.
I have saved my bookmarks too

is this everything? is there anything anywhere else on the machine that i should try to save?

i dont want to save it as a proper back up
