Screen Resolution Said To Be Too Low In Firefox But Ok In Chromw
5 Answers
I am signed up to do surveys on different sites but when I get a survey hosted by Brain Juicer while using my Firefox browser I get the following message. "Thanks for trying but it looks like your screen resolution is less than the minimum 1024x768 required to play this survey. If you alter your screen resolution, you will be allowed to play again." But if I am using Chrome there is no problem. I assumed that my screen resolution would be the same in both browsers but is there any way I can alter it in Firefox to stop this problem happening again.
Thanks in anticipation of advice.

The first step in doing so is to right-click on your desktop but things vary a bit after that (depending upon which version of Windows you're using). Look for 'Graphics properties', 'Display properties' or simply 'Properties'. Then look for 'Display settings' or similar. If your screen resolution really is too low, try setting it higher.
