I Don't think you can, unless you are able to purchase some doubtful software; which could be dodgy.

Perhaps there are other ABers who know differently.

A thought occurs to me, although I admit to knowing very little about 'smart phones'.

Perhaps it is possible to forward the received text as an e/mail to your computer. It might require a copy and paste procedure, but could also be an answer to your query.

Techies tend not to have Windows phones :-)

A search of the web would seem to indicate that you can't save SMS or MMS messages to your PC, though there is an option to back them up to the cloud (OneDrive). The option to do this is in Settings/Backup.
