Search Boxes

Using internet Explorer, the main search box for Google works fine. I just type the title in and search, no problem.
When I get into the desired page, none of the search boxes work.
Any ideas.

I don't really understand what's happening. Can you give an example?

For instance. Open BBC News web site. There's a box to type your post code to find your MP. That box doesn't work. I have tried other sites such as Yahoo mail and Halifax but the boxes don't work.

I'm with you, now.
I suggest you go in to the IE settings, click the advanced settings box, then click 'reset' which will reset IE to the default state.

Sometimes if you have adblock software installed this will occur I think

Good point from flob. Try disabling that before you do anything else.

You need to update to the latest IE.
