Auto Backup Ftp Client
Hi all,
I'm looking for some software that is capable of accomplishing that following tasks:
- Scheduled auto backup of my website running WordPress (connection via FTP/SFTP).
- Backups must not just modify the existing file in the backup folder but create a new time stamped folder. I understand that this will use up a lot of drive space however this is not an issue as I have just under 10 terabytes of HDD capacity.
- Backups must be readable without using any software to decrypt or decompress the files other than WinZip or WinRAR and even Bzip2 or Bzip (for .tar and .7zip files)
- If possible (but not critical) it needs to be able to run on either Windows 8.1 or Debian, Redhat or Ubuntu.
It's a lot to ask I know however I'd be extremely grateful if anyone has any suggestions or recommendations.
Regards,
Dizmo.
