Translation In Progress Problem On Google Toolbar

Can anybody help me. I use Windows 7 and Internet Explorer. When I try to translate pages using the Google Toolbar, I get "Translation in Progress" and a circle symbol going around and around, but no translation.

I have deleted and reinstalled the Google Toolbar, used System Restore and also used the spanner symbol and went into Tools and adjusted the Translation details, but none of these actions have solved my problem.

In addition, I have used Bing, but just pressing the Translate button using Google Toolbar, when it is working, has been the easiest option for me.

Any advice (in simple terms as I am not that computer literate) would be most appreciated.

With thanks.

Anything involving Google, I completely avoid.

I use Firefox as my Browser and Bing as the Search Engine, along with the following site as my Translator. :-
