Address List

I have a zipped folder containing a list of 50 names, next to each one is a Microsoft word icon. If I click on one it gives me the postal address of that person.
I am trying to make list just of those 50 names, How can I separate them. I can't highlight the names only. I've tried 'print screen' but it comes out very tiny. I'm using W7, any help appreciated .

Try using the 'snipping' tool.
