Agreed. Incidentally, I have a BT Yahoo Mail Account which I very rarely use because it regularly freezes my PC.

still not a thing on MY yahoo home page or e-mail the signifies any ties with bt and yes i clicked in the link which that one has

Some six years back I opted for BT Broadband and it came along with 'My Yahoo'. Also my wife and I were provided with Ymail addresses. However, similar to you, I can access mail from the Yahoo home page which doesn't indicate any connection with BT. However, because it freezes my PC for a few minutes, I avoid using Ymail and have settled for Windows Mail and an
@btinternet address.
