I want to use the first part of a Youtube video with students, but the second part is not suitable... I have (successfully) cropped the bit I want with TubeChop and emailed the link to myself.... ... but I need to include it in a Prezi presentation. Is there any way I can "save" that portion, and use it in Prezi. Perhaps someone knows a different software package that will allow me to do this, your help appreciated, please.
P.S. Yes, I do know that I could roll the Youtube and "stop" it where I need to, but want it to roll automatically if you know what I mean, thanks again.

Sorry I am unable to offer any suggestion.

However, you should ask yourself, how legal is what you are proposing.

Hans.
Download the Youtube video to your computer. (The Ant Video Downloader extension for your browser offers an excellent way to do that: http://www.ant.com/video-downloader ).

Download and install VLC Media Player:
http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.en_GB.html
(Use the 'Installer Package' link if you've got a 32-bit version of Windows or, obviously, the '64 Bits Installer' if you've got a 64-bit version).

Follow the instructions here:

Thank you both very much, it's a youtube already in use in the school, but with more senior classes, hence the need to crop a piece off it. I'll have a go at your suggestion Buenchico, here's hoping.
