I am having problems getting into my BT account. It won't let me log in..but
I am also not able to send or reply in my Hotmail account. As far as I know they are not linked.
It was all working fine earlier but wondering have I don't something to lock myself out of the Hotmail account.
At the top of the page its showing a block of 4 very small identical pictures. I think I can make out who they are.
At the time this appeared, I was transferring a selection of emails to a separate folder. The emails are from a family member I wanted to keep separate a were discussing the family tree..the same person on the block of pictures.
Not sure I have explained that very well. I still can't thing that would stop me getting into my BT account tho?
Any one any idea what may have happened please.

How are you accessing your email accounts? Is it through a 'proper' email client (such as Outlook Express, Windows Live Mail or Thunderbird) or using webmail (using your web browser, such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox or Safari). If it's the latter, which browser are you using? Is your email client (or browser) set to log in automatically to your email providers, or do you have to enter a username and password every time? Can we assume that you're using a Windows PC or are you, in fact, using an Android phone/tablet or an iPad?
