windows 7.....+ I'm not typing the browser name because i've tried 6 times to post this. and every time I typed it, the whole post disappeared!

You should be able to Double Click a blank area anywhere along the top of the Browser to expand to Full Screen mode and vice versa

Do other browsers display the pages ok ?
If so, reinstall the problem one.

Google Chrome......well that worked. Shall try another......
i think you've answered your own question
That simply reads as if you've not got a full-screen window open. Click on the square (between the line and the cross) at the top-right of the window.

I meant I was currently using Chrome,
Thanks O-G, i tried IE, + it did show a full page, but it was so slow + kept signing me out of here.

Chris,....I can't see the full screen icon...it's on the right hand side where i've lost a couple of inches!

Before we all start coming up with complicated ideas, try the old trick of turning it off and turning it on again!

i.e. close Chrome, shut down your computer, wait 30 seconds, boot up your computer again, try Chrome again.

If you can't access the 'X' to close Chrome, right-click on your task bar (at the foot of your screen) and select 'Start Task Manager'. If the 'Processes' tab isn't pre-selected, click on it. Click on 'chrome.exe' and then on 'End process'. When you're warned that the world will end if you proceed, go ahead anyway ;-)

^^^Thanks for the reminder, Pinkboyid. (I do it often enough by mistake, with a rather too-sensitive mouse, so I should have thought about it myself!).

However, if Bathsheba can't see the icons at the top right, there might be an additional problem.
Not something we use everyday so easy to forget. Also, can left-click along the top of the browser and then holding the mouse click down you can also 'Drag' the Browser around the screen.

@Chris...thanks so much, I had actually done all that shutting down business ;)
I think the BA from me today will have to go to pinkyboyid....I just double-clicked on the blank area at the very top, and we had lift-off!

Aha!

So what you actually needed to do to get those 'top right' icons back was simply to drag the window to the left a bit!
Question Author
No Chris, I tried that but it would only move a smidgeon ;)

Every time I see the thread title I think how brave it was of you to admit in public that you're one column short of a full page :-)

True enough O_G, true enough! :)
