I've just got a new computer with Widows 10. However, when I put a disc in the tray to load a programme, nothing happens. What do I need to do?

Take it back to the shop and enjoy a life free from I.T problems, or alternatively locate the CD drive manually, right click on it and select autoplay?

Put cd in drive, click the 'file explorer' icon at the bottom of the screen, click on the dvd/cd drive and take it from there
