Hi all
Recently (last week) bought a new PC - Lenovo All in One with W10. Running very well apart from one small "problem" - if I log off by putting the PC in sleep mode, when I return a couple of progs won't open (file explorer and Live mail), these are the only two. If i close down and reboot all is fine. Within W10 is a facility to "reset" Windows without losing any files, just wondering if it would be worth my while trying this. I don't really want to return the PC to John Lewis. Any thoughts please ?? Many thanks.

Might not be relevant but friend got a lenovo yoga laptop/tablet.

There was a hardware bug in that it could go to sleep and not wake up - had to go back to the shop for repair - and installation of a firmware fix.

If I were you I would check and see if there are any Lenovo (not Windows) updates - search your model number and firware updates.
