To help us make sense of your question, please tell us which 'Outlook' it is that you're referring to.
For many, many years, the standard email 'client' (= program) on office computers (and many home computers too) has been Microsoft Outlook. It can be used to send and receive email from any account (such as ones ending @btinternet.com, @yahoo.co.uk, @somefirm.co.uk, etc).
However, Microsoft then totally confused things by rebranding their web-based email service from 'Hotmail' to 'Outlook', even though it's got absolutely nothing to do with their email client of the same name (and only refers to email addresses ending in @outlook.com or the older @hotmail.com).
So, when you refer to 'Outlook', do you mean a program which you use on your computer specifically to send and receive emails or the Outlook.com website (which you access via your web browser).
I'm sorry to have to trouble you with my question but experience has shown that posts about 'Outlook' often end up with loads of answers that will make no sense to the questioner at all because they're referring to the wrong 'Outlook'!

All I can tell you is my it is on my iPad and my email is Hotmail .com but I think the it could be Microsoft outlook. I am not very good with technology so I can't be sure. I am thinking of goin into shop where I bought my iPad and asking them. There is nowhere to change my password and when I try to delete emails a message comes up to say it won't let me delete.
Click "forgotten my password" & outlook will contact you phone or another method youve given.

Ideally using a Windows desktop or laptop, go here
https:/ /login. live.co m
and attempt to login to your email account from that page. If you get in OK then the problem must be on your iPad. If you can't get in then (assuming that you've entered the correct details) the problem is definitely 'at their end'.
(If you've got no access to a Windows computer, try the same thing on your iPad but use your web browser, as you would to view this page, rather than the email app and proceed from there).
