Google is a company with a web search engine, not a browser. Did you mean Chrome ? Most broswers have an option for importing favourites from other browsers.

As O-G says, Google is the name of a company and of a search engine provided by that company. It's most definitely not the name of a browser, so your question doesn't really make sense.
Two possibilities occurs to me:
1. You're using the Chrome browser (from Google). In which case you need to follow these instructions to import your bookmarks from Internet Explorer:
https:/ /suppor t.googl e.com/c hrome/a nswer/9 5418?hl =en-GB
or
2. You're using the Edge browser in Windows 10 (with Google set as the start page). In which case you need to follow these instructions:
http:// windows .micros oft.com /en-gb/ windows -10/imp ort-fav orites- in-micr osoft-e dge
The simplest solution if Internet Explorer is playing up is to use another browser. (Internet Explorer is utterly pathetic!). If you're on Windows 10, try Edge (which, at least, is a bit of an improvement). Otherwise switch to Chrome or Firefox.
