in France the daily mail does not print the rewards numbers on the back page.
I have to go through the procedure of clicking on the topic no numbers, they then ask a security question relating to the newspaper, when you answer it they credit the rewards points to your account.
Today I tried to enter Thursday and Friday's numbers this way. The response was my account is locked as I have done this method too many times. My account will not be unlocked for a further five days.
They have a freephone 0800 number to call for help. Will that number still be free in France?
I've had the same, papers had no numbers so I did the question. After 2 times on the trot they lock you out for a week. Nether bothered phoning though. The 0800 number is not free out of the UK, so phoning will cost a lot more than the days points are worth.
I have the numbers for the 7. 8 and 9th but can they be used by another person? as I've already entered them. I once contacted the DM by email in the Help section not sure if that function is still available but it seems unfair not to be able to carry on abroad so to speak.
Only one person can use the numbers and those numbers only once. I have also had the 'numbers already entered' message. I think some people just look at the numbers in the newsagent and make a note of them to enter without buying the paper.
Thanks ASG the numbers can only be used once.
I will look at their help section but have an 0800 number from their site but need to find out if it still free in France.
