Hotmail Password

I've 'lost' my hotmail password. My email client (Firefox) suddenly decided not to remember it, and what ever I try, it comes up not recognised.
How can I fix this?

When you set up your Hotmail account, did they ask for a 'secret question' which would enable you to access your account if you forgot the password?
