Try another browser first. Anything is better than Internet Explorer. (Chrome, Firefox, Vivaldi, Avant, etc etc. You name it and it's sure to be better than ruddy Internet Explorer). My own suggestion is Firefox:

If the problems disappear you'll know that it was a fault with Internet Explorer. (You could then seek advice here on fixing Internet Explorer or, better still, abandon it altogether).
If the problem persists let us know and we'll examine the next stage for you. (It would then help us to know whether your computer is connected to your router via an Ethernet cable or wirelessly. It would also help to know which version of Windows you're using).
