If the site is looking odd (i.e. you can see lots of orange and bits of the old site) that is because your browser hasn't got over the shock of how good the new site looks.

To fix this, refresh the page a few times, do a hard refresh (CTRL+F5), or clear your cache from your settings.

Clearing your cache may log you out, so be prepared to log back in again :)

It might seem a little bumpy at first, but we'll get there!

All the best,

AB Editor.

How do I do that on an iPad Pro running Safari ?
Question Author
ipad:

Go to settings, then Safari

In there you will see options for clearing cookies and history. Try that. If that's no good, look in the advanced settings on that page and "clear website data"

Android tablets and phones:

Use the menu button to option your menu options

Here there will either be an option for "more tools" or "clear browsing data"

If you see "more tools" select that, and then clear browsing data. If you already see clear browsing data, try that!
What option for "more tools" or "clear browsing data", what clear browsing data option ?
Thanks, ED. Took about 3 tries but it all looks much better now. :)
I like the new layout on my laptop, but it's less than ideal on my phone. Is there a nice, simple option for Windows phones? (I don't want to lose all my passwords, some go back years.)
