When you say they only have TrueType fonts, do you mean they require these for print, or these are the fonts you have already given them and they need different fonts? If it's the latter, it may be they only accept 'Postscript' fonts. Is this job done on a Mac or PC? You can get programs which covert fonts into different formats (like Fontographer) but this can get complicated. If it's just that you haven't supplied the fonts to them, you can make copies of the fonts you need from wherever you keep them - probably in the hard disk/library/fonts folder, if you're using OS X on a mac.
Sorry if this is no help! Hard to give the proper advice without knowing the ins-and-outs.

I'm not 100% sure either!
My first thought is to suggest you read the InDesign documentation (either in printed format or via the Help option within the program). I've used various professional design packages and they've always had information within the Help file about sending output to printing companies.
Looking at the InDesign website, ( http://www.adobe.com/products/indesign/main.html ), it seems that the fonts you require may be OpenType Pro fonts so you might try looking for a folder on your PC which contains these.
Lastly, I think that the information you require will be found by following the links from here:
http://www.adobe.com/products/indesign/indepth.html
Check : "Adobe InDesign CS2 Printing Guide for Prepress Service Providers (PDF: 8.2M)"
and also: "Adobe Print Resource Center"
Hoping this helps,
Chris

This is where I feel a bit of a twit. (Everyone else just thinks of me that way all of the time!).
I was trying to answer your question 'in the dark' as I'd never had any contact with InDesign. I've just clicked on my Adobe folder and discovered that it's on my PC!
The instructions for sending files to service providers are here:
Help > Printing > Packaging files for hand off.
Hoping that I've finally got it right,
Chris

To go to print you need to supply 'Postscript' fonts. Truetype fonts are for screen use only and although they will print ok on a home inkjet etc, an external printing company needs the Postscript versions of the fonts.
For example:
On a standard Mac, Helvetica is installed but it's TrueType only... You can click all the Bold, Italic 'stylizing' menus in InDesign and all looks ok. But for all the bolds/italics to print out ok, the printing company will need the Helvetica Bold, Helvetica Bold Italic, Helvetic Italic Postscript font.
You'll need to purchase these if you don't already have them.
Alternatively you could send a PDF with Embedded fonts.
