Wifi Printer Affecting Fibre Performance
8 Answers
Since changing to Fibre the connection is frequently dropping off. I use an IPad Air
(I'm probably not using the correct terminology as I don't understand technology, I just press keys)
Reported this fault to my provider but they say it's not them. On advice from a friend I checked 'settings' and ’wifi' and under the option for 'other networks' my wifi HP printer is showing. I use the printer very infrequently so, being an old lady, I thought I could just unplug the printer (break here for hysterical laughter from you lot) but no. I activate the printer through an app. Do I have to uninstall the app to solve this problem?
Any help much appreciated x

Your internet comes into your house via a cable, which will connect to your router. This WiFi router then sends a signal out, which other devices, such as your Ipad and printer, pick up and connect to. If you keep experiencing connection losses, I'd assume it's a network problem, or maybe a faulty router, or maybe even a problem with your Ipad.
Can you connect another device, so you can determine whether the problem is with the Ipad or not??
