Cannot Connect My Email To Phone

I have a sony xperia and all of a sudden my main email has gone weird. I deleted and tried to connect again using steps here

But phone is showing the message Cannot Connect to Server - Root Certificate Invalid

Go through those instructions again but when you get to 'Security Type' choose 'SSL/TLS Accept All Certificates'.

All sorted. I had to contact giff gaff in the end and I somehow had wrong port numbers.
