Printing E.mails

2 weeks ago, when I print off e.mails, the text mainly on the left hand side is cut off.
I have not changed any setting, and indeed I can not find a way to change the margins effectively. There is a field in File / Page Set up where margins seem to be able to be changed, but when I increase the margin settings nothing happens
