Transferring Photos From Phone To Laptop

Mr Mayo's HP laptop has suddenly stopped recognising my iPhone 6 when he connects it so cant transfer my photos!!
Any ideas pse??

Have ypu rebooted the phone. Hold Home and Power Button until you see the Apple logo.
Then power up the laptop with phone plugged into UB.

try what gromit says fails, try another laptop or pc

Do you allow the computer to trust your iPhone 6?, when your phone plug into computer, the option of "Trust this computer" will turn on.
Just let the computer trust your phone, then the computer will recognized your phone quickly.

I use Google account or MobiKin assistant to help me transfer files, it can solve many problem.
