Problems With Facebook

Had problems logging in to facebook and then discovered my account had been disabled supposedly because I was impersonating someone (no idea what that is all about). I then opened a new account with my full name which was ok while I was waiting for the old one to be re activated. However today facebook have totally wiped out the second one and I still can't get in to the old one. Have sent id to facebook as requested so they can check who I am but had no luck getting them to reinstate me. As I am an admin on several groups, some of them the sole admin, I am stuck until they do something about it - has anyone else had this sort of problem and how long is it likely to take? Its like having my right arm cut off!
