I wouldn't say my heart 'bleeds' for them, but they do seem to be hampered by restrictive practices.


Buying, insuring and licensing a black cab in London is seriously costly - then they have to learn and pass The Knowledge, and their fares are decided for them by the local council, none of which restrictions apply to Uber drivers.
