Does anyone experience problems with receiving emails on the BT mail. I sent an email with two attachments from my iCloud email address to my bt email address as I wanted to have the contents on both. 2 hours later still nothing received. I have had the same problem with one of the online retailers receiving confirmations on my BT mail address and have now switched to iCloud for this, where there seems to be no problem. i do wonder sometimes about BT.
Are you sure that BT's spam filters aren't diverting your mail to a junk folder? Log into your BT mail account via your web browser (i.e. NOT using any dedicated mail app on your computer or phone) and take a look around to see what's been blocked.
Thanks I will have a look, I think it is the attachments that is messing it up as I tried just a short email and it works okay. Still not received it this morning so you may be right.
