Request For Help From Buenchicho Please ...

Hi Chris
I have been successfully downloading music as MP4 files from Any Video Converter, and then converting them into MP3's.
I have tried again tonight, and all the files have failed. I have re-installed the programme to make sure it is on the correct settings - it is set to Apple I-Phone MPEG-4 Movie, as previously, but no joy.
Any suggestions please?

(Even the best programs can do it. I'm in the middle of uninstalling and reinstalling VLC right now, as it seems to lose the ability to play Youtube streams directly from time). So you might need to uninstall the software and then reinstall it. (NB: When using the uninstall+reinstall trick you should always RESTART your computer in the middle of doing so. That seems to flush the registry, meaning that the new installation is less likely to pass corrupt data onto the new one, giving it a better chance of functioning properly).
bhg481 - // Why are you restricting your problem to Buenchico? //
I am not 'restricting my problem' to anyone.
I asked Chris because he is an expert in this field, he has answered every technical question I have ever raised, so naturally, I go to him first.
If you have an answer, by all means hop on board, and maybe next time I'll address my tech question directly to you. :-)
