The keyboard on my iPad has moved up to the top of the screen and obscures what I am typing (I M typing blind now) How can I resolve this?

Have you tried swiping it down?

Just lightly press and hold , then immediately drag the keyboard up or down the screen. To move a full keyboard back to the bottom of the screen, touch and hold , then slide up and tap Dock.
