Facebook On My Pc

Anyone experiencing problems with FB? I can see that I have messages and I can see that people have posted on my timeline but I cannot open them. I just get the swirl thing as if it's thinking about it. If I try to post anything nothing happens. Same with the videos - I click on the 'play' arrow and it just goes round and round with nothing happening at all. I can use you tube fine and other video channels.
I can access messages and notifications on my iPad and videos will play but are very slow to respond.

Strange that I can access other applications but not those on which makes me think that there is not a problem with the PC - but when I can access the things on my iPad that I can't on Facebook on my PC is confusing me. Any ideas?

Sorry I can't help not having any problems here, also just checked on iphone as well and all seems in order... only trouble is a L'pool fan (A good friend) prattling on about his team.
