Yubico Security Key?

Does anyone have any experience of using one of these and if so how can I get it out of my system? I bought one as extra security (one can never tell these days!) for the emails I get every day but somehow it's (the key) corrupted my email address and now has attached itself to my 'reserve' email address? Getting assistance from Google Chrome is harder than solving the question (any question),they delight in frustrating you with roundabouts and 'dead-ends'. How wonderful it used to be to actually speak to a person,who would assist and guide you through the problem! Ah! the good old days!

Have you tried:
Download and install YubiKey Manager.
Insert the YubiKey into a USB port.
Open Command Prompt (Windows) or Terminal (Mac / Linux).
Type ykman openpgp reset and press Enter.
When prompted, press Y and then Enter to confirm the reset.
