When Exactly Was Louise Haigh's Fraud...
News0 min ago
I loaded my PC up about an hour ago, and it told me that Windows had not loaded correctly, or something like that. It gave me a number of options, and I chose to 'start Windows Normally'
Seconds later, another screen came up and said press a button to skip disk check. I decided to do one, in case there was an error somewhere. This took roughly 5-10 minutes before restarting itself. Just before arriving at the screen-name selection, a little grey box appeared with my screen-name in it on a black screen, and it told me to enter my password.
This grey box and black screen have never appeared before, it is usually a blue screen with my screen-names down the side. I signed on, only to find my menu bar at the bottom is just white, as though it hasn't loaded properly. I cannot access anything on it, such as Shutdown, Control Panel, or even my Documents, which there is no shortcut to on my desktop. Also, control+alt+delete does absolutely nothing.
Did the diskcheck affect my PC, or is it something more simple? And if so, how can I resolve the problem? Please help if you can!
