Accessing Answerbank Difficulty

Normally I go to Google Chrome put in AB or it comes up already and then I get main AB page.
Now if I put in AB I get the list of - Quizzes and Puzzles - Crosswords - Sign In - etc etc.
I've switched the phone off for a while but it makes no difference. I can obv access AB as I'm doing now but it's an annoyance that this has started.
Any suggestions please and please I am not at all tech savvy. Thank you

What phone are you using, Rosie? Android or iPhone?

Android. Samsung 16 I think.

When you are on Answerbank, tap the three dots at the top right of the screen, then tap 'add to Home screen'.
That will give you the AB icon on your home screen so you can access it easily

There are no 3 dots only the black square with the white lines to get to other categories. This is when I've gone to Home page.

The three dots should be at the very top of your phone screen, directly under the battery indicator - not part of the AB page.

What browser do you use on your phone, Rosie? I want to know why you have no 3 dots or 3 dashes. The three dots can be seen here, under 'Surfing the web on your phone'
