over the last twenty four hours or so I've been sent emails that have not arrived from a few different people - someone has sent me a message they got saying their message was not sent and to get me to add their email address to my account so it doesn't get classed as spam - although it hasn't arrived in my spam folder either. A couple of other emails from different people have arrived and a test one sent to myself was ok. Any ideas how I tell my email account to accept them?
Have these new emails addressed them correctly to you? Easy enough to misplace a letter/numeric. Have you plenty of space on your email a/c to ensure they are not being rejected for insufficient space.
Yes one has sent me another that has now come through and the test ones I sent myself came through ok. Not had one now for a couple of hours, whereas usually I get loads during the day.
I am still not getting emails from certain senders. It seems to be connected with a mass email sent to all committee members, then someone clicked 'reply' instead of 'reply all' and none of them are coming to me even if those people try to forward the email to me. One got a message saying it was something like Open 365 but I have no idea what all that means.
You may have another email account (some have 2/3/4) Just make sure that the main email account you have is the default email address. Could they be gong into another email account you have or have had in the past?
Are you sure you are not seeing 'Open Office 365'? Office 365 is the Microsoft Office suite that includes Outlook, One Drive and Teams as well as the usual Word, Powerpoint and Excel

I really don't know - all i know is that I didn't receive the email from the secretary which was copied in to all the committee and then received none of the replies despite my email being included in the list of addresses. Since then when people have tried to forward me the email none of them come through from any of the people on the list. Not sure if it is my email blocking certain ones, as some from totally independent people have also not come through - this is only in the last few days. Other emails are coming through fine so I think I must be blocked somewhere along the line but have no idea how.
Yes. It sometimes happens with a message sent to a lot of people. It is thought of as spam. Ask for the email to be sent to only you and see what happens. Will ask my daughter tomorrow how she sorted it when this happened to her but she might not remember!
I have asked them all to email me individually so I can add them to my address book. This has only been happening since 1st May, before then I was receiving them all ok.
