I recently purchased theatre tickets on my mobile and received a confirmation email,. However this morning I discovered this e mail has disappeared both from my phone and I pad. I don't think I deleted it . Has anyone any idea of what I can do as I need this confirmation e mail to collect tickets. Thanks PS its not in my deleted folder as only junk deleted mail goes there
You don't say what phone and what email client you use but emails on my phone and tablet (and laptop as it happens) all arrive via an intermediary from my actual email provider. Can you log into the actual webmail of your email and find it there?
If you have an account with the theatre, then login and your booking will be there, so don’t worry. If not you could email the theatre and explain what has happened or phone as barry suggested. Then print off the new confirmation, when you receive it.
