Recommendations On Contract Review Software

Hi guys!

I am looking for a few recommendations on contract review software.

We are a small team, and we have around 20 contracts in our hands and at least ten more to come. I am looking forward to a solution that’d be simple and easy to manage. Some of the features that I’d in the systems are:

Timely notification should be available so that we don’t miss any deadline.

The software should be platform independent.

The user interface should be easy to use and easily accessible by anyone in our firm.

The software should be able to generate reports and filter contracts based on dates, vendors, contracts, departments, and more.

The software should also be able to search the contract's name or unique number to find its details.

I am getting different contract review software suggestions from different places, and I have a few in my mind. I am taking my time and exploring my options.
