How To Bulk Convert *Rtf Files Into *Txt Files.

I have loads of little *RTF files and I need to convert them all to *TXT


Theyre all in individual folders with names, so i cant just 'select all' - & i cant go through them all removing them from the folder - it'd take forever.

I know if i do a search of the main folder for *RTF all the files will show, without the folders but ultimately i want them to stay in their individual folders, so I cant just select all & move them.

how can i convert them to *TXT, without having to remove them from the folders?

What do you mean by "convert"? Do you mean that you want to do the equivalent of File SaveAs and change the format, or do you just want to change the file extension?
