Sony Xperia Z3 Compact Phone -Lost News Items On Bing!

Ever since I had this phone I have used Bing as my search engine and always when I open Bing on my homepage it comes up, directly under the Bing search symbol, with a list of news items which I can scroll through - this list has disappeared and I have no idea how to get it back! It has gone since VFone shop reset my phone today after a problem with battery.

Can anyone tell me how to get them back?

Don't know sorry but your the first person I know who likes bing....I hate using it....

I'm with Bob on this! Bing is an appalling search engine (which, given that it's from Microsoft, probably isn't that surprising!).

However Mr Google (who's far nicer than Mr Bing in my opinion) suggests that, once you're viewing Bing, clicking on Settings and then on Customize Home Page could be the way forward. Once there, place a check mark against Show News & Interests.

Well that worked! There were ticks against some I did not want and no ticks against News and Interests so I ticked that and the items have returned (my wife likes to scroll through these!)
